The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Principles of preventing and fighting Corruption"

The Law defines basic principles of preventing and fighting corruption at the public and private spheres of public relations, presupposes reimbursement of the damage inflicted by corruptive infringements, restores violated rights, liberties and interests of individuals, rights or interests of legal entities, interests of the State.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0876.
